Monopteroslauf: a charity run through the English Garden
Pick your own distance, from 5km to 33km. Nothing is timed and nobody is racing.
Everyone starts together at 9:00 at the Chinesischer Turm and the course closes around 12:30. The marked loop is 14km, with a shorter 5km loop in the south of the park, and you combine them into whatever distance you want. There is no timing at all: the point is to run at your own pace. You can register online beforehand or on the morning itself. Proceeds fund disability sports projects for children and young people in Munich.
